How long will my ring take
Each piece is handcrafted to order — please allow 2–8 weeks for completion and delivery.
Will my chosen personalisation be safe when sent to you?
We take utmost care to ensure that your personalisation will be safe at all times. When your order is placed, we will send out a pack which will include a ring sizer, a spoon and a container or bag depending on what your customisation is. All we need is you to put it within the package and send it back to us. Anything that isn't used for the jewellery, will be sent back to you.
Will the ashes be visible?
This is completely up to you, when you have chosen your desired piece of jewellery, there will be an option to whether you want the ashes to be visible or not.
What if all my ashes aren't used in the jewellery?
If we don't use all the given ashes we will send them back safely to you with your completed order.
How do I care for my memorial jewellery?
You can wear your jewellery most of the time, however we advise you to take care during daily tasks. We also supply a free polishing cloth with every order.
